Description
So okay I am in a pickle... I have a one bedroom place 8 miles outside of Ithaca that I am trying to rent out. I will not be able to get out of the lease unless I find someone to move in January 1st. The rent is really cheap and the place is nice!!! $450 a month + electric. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, a large yard, and patio. Pets allowed upon approval and deposit.
