I paid for and never received snow removal services from this man his wife. Paid in full and was told that their trucks broke down..but he is still advertising for services on Syracuse Super pages as of 1/24/09.

He promised state agencies that he would make a refund by a certain date and never did....This man his wife(who the check was made out to) are crooks...
