This bed is only 6 months old. Other then a small tear in the top of the mattress (was there when we purchased from metro matress)and some of the black protective cloth has been ripped, the bed is in great condition. There are no stains on the mattress and it comes from a smoke free house. The reason for selling the bed is because I am moving across the country I can not afford to take it with me. The bed weighs 300 pounds including the adjsutable box spring. The simmons remote allows you to adjust the position of your head and feet while in bed. The dimensions of the bed are 74X64 and the bed sits about 3 feet off the ground. It is a huge, comfortable bed that takes king size sheets. The bed however would not be able to be picked up until the end of june. Let me know if you have any questions.
