Small Comforts Announces Introduction of Comfort Gifts Program (Ithaca, NY – April 1, 2006) – Small Comforts Foundation, of Ithaca, N.Y., is pleased to announce the introduction of their Comfort Gifts Program. Beginning April 1, Small Comforts will start taking requests from individuals or families for items that will improve the life of a chronically or terminally ill person. Examples of awards include air conditioning units, talking wrist watches, shower chairs, blood pressure monitors, portable lifting cushions, televisions, CD and DVD players.
